Soma Sen Gupta, Managing Trustee

An Ashoka Fellow and a professional with over 25 years of experience in the development sector, especially in the areas of gender mainstreaming, gender audit, mapping studies, publishing, training, institutional capacity building etc. related to issues such as governance, gender concerns, violence, sexuality, sexual & reproductive health of the adolescents & the youth, urban poverty, etc. She has experiences in direct implementation of development projects in both rural & urban areas of West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand. Experience includes working at policy, statutory & grant making levels both in the eastern region and nationally.

Malini Gupta, Trustee

Post graduate in Rural Development from the Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi, Malini Gupta has more than 22 years of experience of working in the development sector. For the bulk of her professional life, she has worked in eastern India states like Orissa, West Bengal, Bihar and Jharkhand, in government as well as non government development projects. She has worked with CAPART, ORMAS, NORAD, Development Dialogue, West Bengal Women's Dairy Project, SANHITA, CARE West Bengal and Oxfam GB. The core of her experience has been with women's micro enterprise and micro finance and subsequently on gender and women's rights. In Delhi for the last 8 years, Malini continued her tenure with Oxfam GB's Gender Desk and its programs and campaigns to end violence against women.
Malini Gupta moved to the corporate social responsibility sector few years ago and presently heads JCB India's CSR program focusing on viable employable skills.

Sreela Das Gupta, Trustee

With an MPhil in Population Studies, Sreela Das Gupta has worked for over two decades in the development sector, focusing on human rights issues related to gender, social inclusion and public health. Sreela has worked both with rural poor communities as well as with international agencies including CARE, International Centre for Research on Women (ICRW) among others. She experiences in research, program implementation and policy formulation. Sreela Das Gupta is a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow in 2000-01 -- mid career fellowship funded by the US Congress. Presently Sreela Das Gupta is Associate Vice President and Head of Diversity and Inclusion at TATA Consultancy Services, Business Process Services
